Good Shepherd Interfaith Volunteer Caregivers Update
Our care receivers (your older or disabled neighbors in Jefferson County) need help year-round. But our volunteer numbers drop temporarily in the summer, as people take their vacations.
Are you a teacher, school service worker or student with a little extra time in the summer? If so, we could sure use your help! We have a particular need right now for light housework (vacuuming, dusting, helping to organize, etc.), lawn mowing and chores around the house and yard. Our volunteers provide an array of other services, too, including transportation, errands, help with paperwork, and friendly visits.
