15th Annual Benefit Auction
Zion Church will hold its 15th Annual Benefit Auction on Saturday, May 21st at the home of Eileen Davis, Rich Woods Farm, 764 Earle Road, Charles Town. The evening begins with hors d’oeuvres and silent auction at 5:00 p.m., followed by a gourmet buffet dinner at 6:00 p.m. The silent auction will end at 7:15 p.m. and the live auction will commence. Tickets for the event are $45.00 per person
and are available to purchase in the Parish Office or from any member of the Auction Committee. Plan to purchase your tickets early,
as the event is limited to 144 tickets. We need items for the silent and live auctions. If you have something you would like to donate (art, antiques, dinners, vacations, tickets to sporting events or theater, collectibles, services) please contact Richard Seckinger (304-725-6158). We would like to create some “Theme” Baskets. These sell well and we need some people to sponsor them. If
interested, please contact Richard. (He will even do the shopping for you.) We are looking for sponsors for the event. Sponsorships underwrite the costs of the event.
- Sponsor a table for $125.00
- Dessert table for $200.00
- The hors d’oeuvre table for $250.00 or
- The tents for $750.
